Crystal Bui leads Spotlight Communications Group with a unique perspective shaped by her background as an EMMY-nominated investigative journalist. After nearly a decade in newsrooms, she now brings that insider media experience to help clients get their stories told.

Crystal is passionate about helping entrepreneurs, business leaders, and nonprofits stand out. Crystal holds a degree from Tufts University, double majoring in English and Women’s Studies, with a minor in Film and Media Studies. This well-rounded background informs her thoughtful and strategic approach to public relations.
